Zen Do Kai
Zen Do Kai is a freestyle martial art system founded in 1970, by Soke Bob Jones. Zen Do Kai classes are taught with an open mind and continually challenge our students to improve their martial arts awareness and skills, whilst merging traditional and modern techniques, principles and attitudes to provide a martial art program that is relevant in today's society.
The Zen Do Kai program is a Karate based system with emphasis on punches, kicks and strikes. Over the years it has been influenced by boxing, Muay Thai, Ju Jitsu and Aikido, introducing the principles and practices of elbows & knee strikes, locks & holds, throws, vital point striking and grappling. The use of weaponry is also included in the current Zen Do Kai program.

BJMA Krav Maga
Krav Maga is an effective self-defense system developed for the military in Israel that consists of a wide combination of techniques sourced from boxing, combat Sambo, Muay Thai, Judo, Jujutsu, wrestling and grappling, along with realistic fight training.
Krav Maga is known for its focus on real world situations and extremely efficient counter attacks.
It is all about effective defense tactics and skill. All our training is designed to be as simple to learn and implement as possible. Not complicated, not tricky - just effective and easy to implement.
Benefits of Krav Maga:
Self defense encourages students to avoid confrontation, but if this is impossible, it promotes finishing a fight as quickly as possible.
Students learn to defend against all variety of attacks and are taught to counter in the quickest and most efficient way.
Training can also cover situational awareness to develop an understanding of one's surroundings.
Identifying potential threats before an attack occurs.
